The home of Al Qaeda has always been nations US/NATO invade or bomb: Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya, and now Mali. Nations where US/NATO desire regime change to secure "interests". In Kosovo, Libya, and Syria Al Qaeda affiliated groups were armed, trained and given funds for "organic uprisings". Either way, Al Qaeda is always an instrument of US/NATO intervention.
